Balsamic Strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pint strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare strawberries by removing the greens and cutting them in quarters.
  • Simmer balsamic vinegar and sugar in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat until thickened, about 15 minutes.
  • Then add strawberries to the pot and mix before transferring to a a serving dish. Serve warm or cooled.

Notes

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, however the strawberries will continue to get softer.
